The Witcher Blood Origin Review: Fantasy Adventure Series

The Witcher Blood Origin review: This is a fantasy adventure series released on Netflix, and let me tell you that this series is a prequel to The Witcher series. You will get to see four episodes of this series, and each episode is between 45 and 60 minutes.

And this series has also been released in Hindi on Netflix, and I recently finished watching it. I’ll try to describe my overall experience.

Twelve hundred years before the events of the Witcher series, some warriors living in the elf world team up to fight against their own powerful empire. What do these warriors want, and why do they start a war against their own empire?

To find out how these people created The First Witcher, you’ll have to watch the series.

The Witcher Blood Origin Review

I already know the Witcher world very well because I have played the Witcher game series, and I also know that this webseries is not based on the Witcher game series but on the Witcher book series.

By the way, it does not matter whether this series is based on the game or on the book; if you already know and understand everything about the Witcher world and are also a fan of the Witcher world like me, then you will not like The Witcher Blood Origin series at all.

In my view, Netflix is now completely failing to do justice to The Witcher’s very rich source material.

And now, why is it like this? We’ll talk about Netflix’s mistake another time, but for now, I can tell you that, as a fan, I’m not happy with The Witcher: Blood Origins.

However, if I judge this series from the perspective of an audience who has only seen Witcher seasons 1 or 2, I can tell such an audience that the Blood Origin series is not as good as Witcher seasons 1 or 2, but it is an important series if you want to know about the origin stories of witchers.

You will see in this series when there were no witches, what their world was like at that time, under what circumstances the Witcher was made first, and then what happened afterwards. You will see everything in this series.

And then this series has also been connected to the upcoming Witcher season 3 through the end credits of this series, so before the Witcher season 3 comes, it would be better if you watched this series once.

The story or characters in this series are interesting enough to keep you interested until the end, but there is nothing in this series that will completely shock or surprise you.

The story or characters have been presented with only the surface level of emotional depth; there is no emotional depth of any kind in the story or characters, but yes, you will definitely like some characters.

Actors performances I felt decent, but I cannot say that every actor has given an absolutely outstanding performance.

In terms of action, this series does not offer anything special, but yes, the overall action of this show was good. The music is decent, but the production quality was not what I liked. The CGI or VFX work seems very cheap to me.

Yes, the landscapes of Iceland have been captured very beautifully, and all those scenes look good on the screen.

Watch it or not?

In short, Witcher book or game series fans will not enjoy this series, in my opinion.

People who liked seasons one or two of the Witcher series can watch The Witcher: Blood Origins once for their time pass without keeping their expectations too high.

This series should not be watched with families due to the violence.

This is a limited series; the story is complete in season one, so there is no need to wait for season 2.

So tell me, how did you like this series?
